WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

All Together Community was set up in 2018 with the aim of bringing people together in Chalfont St Giles and the surrounding areas. We started with some intergenerational groups with older people and children, with a lovely group in Chesham Bois where school children came along to chat to the older people and enjoy tea and cakes together. We also ran some international toddler groups at 2 care homes which were very popular for everyone involved. However, all these groups had to stop during the covid-19 pandemic, but we continued to help the local community by providing food parcels.

In September 2021 we opened a Community Fridge which aims to reduce the amount of food sent to landfill. The Fridge is becoming more and more popular every week and we always have a queue of people waiting for us to open. 

Opening hours are Wednesday and Saturday mornings 10am-12pm. 

Everyone is welcome and all the food is free as the main aim is to reduce waste. 

On average we have saved 1 tonne of food from being sent to landfill every month since we opened.

We do accept donations of food and money to help support the running costs of the Community Fridge.
